14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumers may cancel an order without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received. To exercise this right, notify us by email using the contact form.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may see a reduction in the refund amount.
Return shipping
The customer covers the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or not as described - in which case we pay for return shipping.
Refund timeline
- We inspect the returned item within 3 business days of arrival.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with a return reference number to mark on the package.
- Ship the item back with the reference number visible on the package.
- Once received and inspected, we'll email you the refund confirmation.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund - including return shipping - at no cost to you.
