1. Parties
These terms govern purchases made through Vivea ("the store"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud) with a full refund.
3. Prices & currency
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.
4. Payment
We currently support cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, we will send payment instructions by email after you place the order. Orders are only dispatched after payment is received.

7. Product information
Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations (e.g. colour rendering) may occur. Errors are corrected as quickly as possible.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the business is registered. Disputes may be brought before competent local courts or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
