Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking email once your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
Times are estimates from our shipping carrier and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping costs
We charge a flat rate of 4 EUR per order for standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window + 5 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is declared lost we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
