Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the United States. Other destinations available on request.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking email once your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- EU (Denmark, Germany, Netherlands): 2-4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3-6 business days
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: 4-7 business days
- United States: 7-12 business days
Times are estimates from our shipping carriers and exclude customs clearance delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders over a certain threshold qualify for free shipping - this will be shown on the checkout page.
Customs & duties
For orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window + 5 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is declared lost we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
